摘要
本钢一期连铸引进的中间罐烘烤装置 ,由于对外界条件要求高 ,未能实现自动控制。为此在二期工程中对烘烤装置的结构和自动控制系统作了一些改进 ,实现了自动控制与调节、烘烤温度偏差小于 1 5℃ ,烧嘴寿命有所提高 ,达到了预期的使用效果。
Automatic control of ladle furnace heating and drying equipments for the first engineering of continuous casting in Bengang couldn't be realized because of high demand for external conditions.So in the second engineering,some improvements were made on the structure and automatic control system of furnace heating and drying equipments.Automatic control and adjustment were realized,partial difference of heating temperature was less than 15℃,the service life of burner raised,and desirous using effects were attained.
