湘潭锰矿5号高炉生产有关技术的探讨

Technology Used in No.5 Blast Furnace of Xiantan Mn Mine

根据湘锰 5号高炉投产 10年多的时间中 ,生产指标时好时坏的情况 ,就焦炭的质量、SiO2 Mn值、高炉炉型、[Si]%量、炉喉间隙大小、斜风口、设备的维护等问题 ,对 5号高炉的影响进行了探讨 ,并提出了改进建议。

No.5 Blast Furnace in Xiantan Mn Mine has been used in production for more than 10 years. How ever , during this time, the quality index is not stable. To solve this problem, this paper studies the effects of the value of SiO 2, the quality of coke, furnace type, [Si]% amount, the gap of furnace neck, slope blowing open, maintenance of the equipment, etc. on the production of No.5 Blast Furnace. Suggestions on how to improve it are also offered in the paper.
