摘要
广西大新锰矿选矿厂 ,由于其洗矿作业的溢流跑粗且含锰品位偏高 ,影响选矿厂锰金属回收率。通过对洗矿作业的查定及产品粒度组成和回收试验结果的分析 ,论证从溢流中回收流失的锰矿物的必要性和可能性。
The recovery rate of Mn has remained very low in Daxing Mn Ore dressing Plant since it was put into production in 1992, due to the fact that the overflow is strong and the Mn grade in it is high. After checking the whole ore washing process, and analysing the particle size and the experiment results, this paper shows the necessity and possibility of recovering the lost Mn.
