摘要
四偏心式振动机构是连铸机结晶器所采用的一种新型的振动装置 ,由于它具有一些独特的优点而得到越来越广泛的应用。在对四偏心式振动机构进行运动学、动力学分析之后 [1] [2 ] [3] ,为了使结晶器运动比较平稳 ,在对缓冲装置的缓冲力现有计算方法评述的基础上 ,给出了缓冲力计算的优化方法。
The vibratory mechanism with 4- eccentric axes is a new type vibratory mechanism used in the mould of continuous casting machine. It is being more and more widely used because of its superiority. After analysising for the kinematics and dynamic of vibratory mechanism with 4- eccentric axes used in the mould, in order to make the mould move stable, the optimum computative method of the buffer force is given underlie the comment on the existing computation of it.
