摘要 研究的轿车同步器齿环材料是含有铝、锰、硅、铁、锡、铅的多元复杂耐磨黄铜,制造工艺的技术特点在复杂耐磨黄铜材料生产中,具有一定的代表性。合金在有芯工频感应炉熔炼,油压半连续铸锭。合金铸造热应力大,应采取缓冷方式。铸管的技术关键是控制结晶位置,在生产过程中调节二次冷却强度,可以控制α相含量和硬度。挤管通过制订合理的工艺制度满足材料要求的特性,组织与性能关系研究为制订工艺和材料的使用推广提供了参考。 Syncpulse generator used ring gear material for car is multi element complicated an-tifriction brass with Al, Mn, Si, Fe, Sn, Pb, its manufacturing technical characters have specific typical in the production of complex antifriction brass. Alloy was melted in channel induction furnace with oil pressure semi - continuous casting ingot. Alloy casting was cooled slowly for its great thermal stress. Technical key to casting tube is crystallization position,Alpha phase content and hardness were controlled by adjusting secondary cooling strength in production. Special character required for extrude tube could be satisfied by establishing sutiable process. Tbe reference to the development of established process and mterial were provided by organization and property relation research.
