摘要
赵山渡引水工程是珊溪水利枢纽工程的重要组成部分,由浙江省和温州市共同出资兴建. 工程以供水为主,兼顾防洪、发电、灌溉,是一个综合性的水利工程. 工程由 16 孔泄洪闸、重力坝、发电厂房、18 条隧洞、10 座渡槽、9 处倒虹吸、6 条暗渠、13 座节制闸、8 座退水闸、1 座分水闸、9 处分水管组成,几乎汇集了水利工程中所有类型的水工建筑物. 有 12 家国家一级企业参加施工,30 多个厂家参与设备的制造.工程的现场管理机构--温州赵山渡引水工程建设指挥部负责工程的建设管理. 在建设过程中,全体人员克服了战线长、工作面多、涉及单位多等困难,对工程建设的质量、进度、造价进行了有效的控制,提高了管理水平,确保了建设工期.
: Zhaoshandu Water Diversion Project,an important component of Shanxi Hydrocomplex is invested by the governments of Zhejiang Province and Wenzhou City. The main purpose of this project is water supply, other purpose are flood control, hydropower and irrigation. There are 16 flood division sluices, a gravity dam, a hydropower plant, 18 tunnels, 10 flumes, 9 inverted siphons, 6 converted canals, 13 regulators, 8 recession sluices, a division sluice and 9 division pipes included in this project. There are 12 national class enterprises participating the project construction,and above 30 manufactures participating manufacturing of equipment that are used in this project. The Construction Headquarters of Zhaoshandu Water Diversion Project, the construction manager, has overcome many difficulties and improved management to efficiently control the quality, gradation and cost of this project.
