赵山渡引水工程引水区间水资源分配和调整

摘要 浙江省赵山渡引水工程是根据需水流量通过输水渠系引入飞云江河口两岸平原,以满足供水区内生活、工业、农业灌溉和其他用水,并结合发电,以达到综合利用水资源的目的. 工程供水区水量调配的原则为:根据供水灌溉区内不同的水源和对水质要求不同的用水部门,按先用本流域水,后用外流域水,优质水源用于生活,保证确保用水户的用水要求等原则,进行优化调度. 引水规模最终确定为设计引用流量 36 m3/s,用水部门可达 P = 95% 的用水标准,并对水量的分配进行了调整. :The Zhaoshandu Water Diversion Project divers water from Feiyunjiang River to the estuarial plain through conveyance canal system, according demanded water discharge in order to meet the water demand of living, industrial, irrigation and others. This project has the purpose of electricity generation. The water regulation principles in the water supply district of this project are:using the water of this basin first, then using the water of others basins, according to the different water sources and different water users, using high quality water sources to living, ensuring the demand for guaranteed users, and optimizing regulation for water supply. The final diverting discharge is 36 m3/s for the Zhaoshandu Water Diversion Project.The guaranteed frequency for water users is 95%.The water supply distribution of this project has been regulated.
