摘要 赵山渡水电站采用以计算机监控为主、简化常规控制为辅的监控方式. 电站的计算机监控系统是采用 PSC-2100H 型开放分布式计算机监控系统,其主要监控对象有:2 台水轮发电机组,机组出口 6.3 kV 配电装置,全厂的油、气、水系统,2 孔进水口检修闸门和尾水事故检修门,16 孔泄洪道弧形闸门,35 kV 升压站的主变压器、线路及配电装置. 文中主要介绍了计算机监控系统的结构、配置及系统的功能,并对监控系统的实时性、可靠性和运行安全性作了论述. A computer supervisory control system is adopted and at the same time the simplified conventional control measures are used as stand-by in the Zhaoshandu Hydropower Station. The PSC-2100H distributed open computer supervisory control system is used for the station. The main equipment monitored includes : (1) two hydrogenerator units; (2) 6.3 kV distribution system in the output unit; (3) the oil, air and water supply systems of the hydropower plant; (4) two intake gates and tail emergency gates; (5) sixteen spillway radial gates; and (6) the main transformer, electric line and distribution equipment. This paper presents structure, configuration and function of the computer supervisory control system. The monitoring real-time performance, reliability and safety of the system are also discussed.
