This article presents raw materials composition, flow sheet, product performance and application for fly ash cement thermal insulation block produced from fly ash and sulphoaluminate early strength cement, through chemical foaming and natural curing without autoclaving. The block has many advantages, such as simple production process, light weight,small conductivity,low water absorption and small dry shrinkage etc. It is green energy-saving building material product with good prospect and used for roof thermal insulation and wall of building.
