摘要
我国城市住宅建设中出现过一系列广泛流行、长期沿用的经典”平面。结合历史回顾与成因分析，在肯定经典”重大作用的基础上讨论走出“经典”的必要性与可行方法。
A considerable part of the Chinese urban housing can be included in several' classic pattern'. With the retrospection of the plans and their significant factors, the necessity and the methods of getting out of the 'formularized plans' are discussed,
