一体论是当代西方占统治地位的一种刑罚根据论。然而，虽然所有一体论者均主张刑罚的根据应该是报应与功利的统一，但不同的一体论者在两者为何应该统一与应该如何统一问题上所持主张各异，因而形成了不同的一体论模式。
