摘要
作为一种重要媒体的网络越来越深入了我们的生活 ,而网络名誉侵权伴随着网络发展成为一个日渐突出的问题。本文分析了网络名誉侵权的特征、方式以及几个焦点问题 ,并提出了作者对一些相关立法的看法。
