我国 79《刑法》设置的罪名仅 10 8个 ,而 97《刑法》设置的罪名猛增至 413个。若按传统“逐罪讲解”的教学法 ,则每个罪名分不到 2分钟。怎么办 ?本文针对传统教学法不能适应新刑法分则教学需要的情况 ,提出了作者的改革思路 :五步教学法。

It takes less than two minutes to Introduce every kind of crimes according to traditional teaching method of“explaining all the crimes one by one ”. In order to adapt increasing varieties in branch provision of new criminal law,the authors proposes mew teaching method——five-step teaching method. [
