青少年利用互联网学习、娱乐的同时 ,也面临着隐私权被侵害和不良资讯困扰的危险 ;国外许多国家在保护青少年隐私权和规制色情资讯方面 ,为我们提供了可资借鉴的立法和实践经验 ;我国保护互联网上的青少年的关键是完善基本法律的直接保护和网络法律的特别保护相结合的法律体系、建立和健全有效的监管机制 ,以及强化青少年的自我保护意识。

With the fast development of IT, teenagers tend to relate their studying and lives to Internet. At the same time, they are in the danger of being bothered by malign information and their privacy rights are also in the risk of being infracted. In order to protect teenagers against Internet, our country should found a perfect integrated legal system.
