摘要
刑事案件的发展为微量物证利用提出了客观需要 ,科学技术的发展为微量物证利用提供了可能性。本文深入讨论了微量物证概念 ,提出了物证的特异性质和种属性质及其作用 ,讨论了利用微量物证进行种属认定和同一认定的可能性和途径 ,并提出了重视微量物证基础工作的建议。
Use of micro material evidence becomes more critical with law perfection and development of science and technology,so its concepts,properties and effects were reviewed in this paper.Its trend and possibility in individualization and identification were discussed.Finally,more fundamental work is needed in this field.
