2 0 0 0年 11月 14- 17日 ,第八届全国经济法理论研讨会在重庆隆重召开。在本次会议中 ,代表们就经济法不同领域中的问题提出了许多很有见地的新观点 ,展示了经济法研究领域的繁荣局面 ;同时对经济法基本理论中涉及的诸多基本问题达成了相当普遍的共识 ,表明我国法学界对经济法的研究正逐渐走向成熟。

the Eighth National Symposium on the Relevant Theory of the Economic Law was hold in Chongqing from 14-17, November 2000. The attendants of this symposium offered many novel ideas and viewpoints in view of some problems existing in different fields of the economic jurisprudence. Which displays a renewed atmosphere in the researching field of the economic jurisprudence. In addition, the presentation has reached a common agreement in research on the fundamental theory of the Economic Law. It shows that in the jurisprudential circle the research in the economic jurisprudence is now approaching a new stage of perfection.
