剖面密度的测定与分析是人造板质量检验与控制的重要手段。本文介绍了测定与分析人造板剖面密度的重要意义 ,并着重探讨了剖面密度仪的软、硬件结构及工作流程。

Testing and analyzing of the profile density of wood based panel are important in controlling the quality of product.In this paper, the significance of the research and development, the system structure of hardware and software as well as the working mechanism on profile density analyzer for wood based panel were introduced.
