摘要
通过对粗纱在卷绕成形过程中受力的分析以及对A45 6G型、FA40 1型粗纱机的对比 ,指出影响粗纱卷绕张力大小的主要因素为粗纱与锭翼的摩擦因数 μ1、μ2 ,粗纱对锭翼的包围角θ1,粗纱对压掌的包围角θ2 ,压掌叶尾端导纱平面与粗纱的摩擦因数 μ4 ,粗纱与空心锭翼的摩擦因数 μ3 ,其中θ1、θ2 对卷绕张力的影响较大 ,粗纱的卷绕张力随粗纱机筒管的转速ωm 呈二次曲线关系增大 ,随粗纱卷绕直径Dm 的增大而减小 。
According to the force analyses on roving sliver in the course of winding and the comparition between A456G roving frame and FA401 roving frame,some parameters were pointed out as the main influencing factor on roving winding tension,i.e,the friction factor μ 1and μ 2 between roving sliver and flyer,the wrapping angle θ 1 of roving sliver on flyer,the wrapping angleθ 2roving sliver on press palm,the friction factor μ 4 between guide plane of presser palm brade end and roving sliver and the friction factor μ 3 between roving sliver and hollow flyer.In these parameters,the influence of θ 1 and θ 2 on winding tension is the biggest,the roving winding tension would be increased by the bobbin speed ω m of roving machine with the regulation of quadratic curve,and would be decreaded by the increasing of roving winding diameter D m,this showed the force condition and the deformation regulation of the roving sliver.
