摘要
采用传递矩阵法分析计算了一种新型双弹性支承纺纱锭子的临界转速,作出了锭子临界转速与支承动刚度参数关系曲面,并采用模态测试方法验证了锭子计算模型及结果。其方法和结果对于锭子以及纺织工程中的其他高速转子的弹性支承优化设计具有实际的参考价值。
Applying transfer matrix method to the critical speed analysis of a ring-spinning spindle with double elastic support, the relationships between critical speeds and elastic support dynamic stiffness are calculated. A modal testing is also made for proving the calculating model of the spindle. The method and the result will be helpful for the optimum elastic support designing of spindle and other high-speed rotors in textile engineering.
