电子商务环境下的纺织企业集团物流管理系统研究

Logistics Management System Research about Textile Enterprise Clique Based on Electronic Commerce

针对目前我国纺织企业物流管理系统相对比较落后,远远不能适应电子商务发展要求的实际情况,基于供应链管理思想,研究企业集团如何发挥自身优势,有效利用现有资源,合理依托第三方物流,建立适合中国国情物流管理与配送系统的问题,提出了纺织企业集团发展物流业的模式和战略。

Since the present backward situation, the logistics management system of our textile enterprise could not satisfy the actual requirements of electronic commerce development. This paper addressed the supply chain management idea of developing enterprise clique logistics management system. Giving play to group advantages, making full use of all the present resources, partly relying on third party logistics and establishing realistic logistics management and physical distribution system are the main development strategies.
