摘要
用正交试验的方法,对铍青铜QBe2合金形变时效工艺进行优选。试验表明,控制冷变形度、时效温度和时效时间,可获得高的硬度。给出了QBe2合金形变时效最佳工艺参数,以便在生产中采用。
The optimum selection of deformation aging process of beryllium bronze QBe2 used orthogonal test is discussed. Tests show that the suitable extent of cold strain, aging temperature and aging time to be used may achieve higher hardness. The optimum processing parameters of deformation aging treatment of QBe2 alloy are given.
