本文阐述分析了福建省沿岸及海岛的海洋能资源、利用现状及其开发利用对策，并明确指出本省可供开发利用的海洋能资源丰富，就地取能是解决海岛能源短缺、促进海岛经济腾飞的重要途径之一。

This, paper deals with current status of ocean energy resources and its utilization in theoff shore and island waters along Fujian coast. The countermeasures for the development andutilization on ocean energy resources are emphasized. It is clearly pointed out that oceanenergy resouces are rich in Fujian Province and it is one of the ways to fill the gap of powershortage and accelerate the economic development for the islands by using the local oceanenergy resou rce.
