摘要
在高原（拉萨，海拔３６５８ｍ）对３０例慢性高原心脏病（ＨＡＣＣ）患者的肺功能、摄氧及机体耗氧量进行了测定，并与长期移居高原健康者对比，结果发现ＨＡＣＣ患者肺功能调节异常，摄氧量降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），机体耗氧量增加，认为这是本病患者中度低氧的重要原因，可能在ＨＡＣＣ的发生发展中起重要作用。

heart disease(HAHD)at altitude 3 858mand compared with healthy
subjects.The results showed there were abnormal lung
function,de-creased oxygen intake(P<0.05),increased hectic oxygen
exhaustion and production of calorie inthose patients.Thus we
consider those might be the cause of hypoxia of the patients with
HAHD and playan important role in the development of HAHD
