高海拔地区特钢行业体力劳动强度分级调查研究

STUDY ON PHYSICAL LABOR INTENSITY GRADEIN SPECIAL STEEL INDUSTRY AT HIGH ALTITUDE

摘要 本文对海拔2300m中度高原特钢行业13个生产单位173个岗位的947人进行了体力劳动强度分级的调查研究。结果表明:体力劳动强度Ⅰ级的岗位占35.84%;Ⅱ级的岗位占42.20%;Ⅲ级的岗位占13.98%;Ⅳ级的岗位占8.09%,工作日平均能量代谢率为8.9822kj/min。m ̄2,劳动时间率平均为66.3%,与平原资料比较劳动强度增加23.6%。作者认为对高原地区不同海拔高度体力劳动强度好别应有不同划分,以加强高海拔地区工人的劳动保护。 nvestigation of physical labor intensity has been carried out in 173 working position of 974workers in 13 special steel corporations where 2 300 meter above sea level.The resultes showedthat physical labor intensity grades Ⅰ 35.8%, grades Ⅱ 42.2%,grades Ⅲ 13.87%,grades Ⅳ8.09%.Average weighting energy metabolism was 8.9822 kj/min·m ̄2.Average working time ratewas 66.3%.Comparing with plain physical laborintensity increased23.6%.we think labor inten-sity gradtion in different high sea level were different so as to protect workes who works in highaltitude
