鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术及影响预后的因素分析

Intranasal endoscopic daryocystorhinostomy and the analysis of relative factors

总结一组应用鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术技术，即在鼻内窥镜监视下经鼻行泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗的馒性泪囊炎患者５９例（６９例眼）的临床随访结果，随访３～１３个月，治愈率８１．３％，好转率８．７％，无效１０．０％。总有效率９０．Ｏ％，与传统手术无差异，但治愈率高于传统方法。本文着重从慢性泪囊炎疾病特点及经鼻实施手术的角度探讨影响预后的诸多因素。

Abstract This paper presented the follow-up results of 59 cases(69 eyes)with Chronic dacry-ocystitis who had submitted to intranasal dacryocystorhinostomy(IEDCR)under nasal en-doscope. The cure rate was 81.3%,the effective rate was 90.o%。Cornparison to the conser-vative operation, there were no statistical differences. But the cure rate of the former was higher than the later. Some relative factors which affected operative effects were also dis-cussed.
