鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦疾病的内窥镜手术应用

Endoscopy of paranasal sinus disease after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

本文分析了ＣＴ与鼻内窥镜手术诊治９例鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦疾病的经验。结果提示：鼻内窥镜手术能准确地诊断放疗后鼻窦疾病，减少误诊误治，有效地治疗各种放疗后良性病变，是探查鼻窦肿块的优选手术方式。

Abstract The diagnosis and treatment of 9 cases with paranasal sinus disease after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,confirrned by CT scaning and nasal endoscopy were analysed.The results indicated that nasal endoscopy could diagonose early and treat variouS benign dis-ease effectively,reduce mistaken diagonosis and therapy.It is also the best way of detecting parranasal sinus disease.The causes of rediotherapy induced nasal and paranasal sinus malig-nant tumor were discussed.
