形态计量和DNA定量测定在鼻咽癌诊断中的价值 被引量:4

The diagnostic significance of cellular quantitative morphometry and DNA content measurement in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

摘要 应用图像分析技术对72例鼻咽部取材标本进行了13项参数及DNA定量测定。结果,在I~Ⅳ组间(I组正常鼻咽粘膜上皮,Ⅱ组单纯增生或化生,Ⅲ组异型增生或化生,Ⅳ组鼻咽癌),细胞形态参数及DNA含量、倍体类型的百分比均值随细胞增生程度而逐渐递变。13项参数均值进行多元逐步判别分析,优选出4项参数,建立判别函数,回代判别准确率为100%。DNA含量测定以倍体(ploid)表示,认为细胞形态和DNA定量分析是一种较为可靠的诊断方法,并提示鼻咽异型增生或化生属癌前病变。 Abstract Seventy-two specimens of normal epithlia,hyperplasia/metaplasia,dysplasia/metaplasia and carcinoma of nasopharyngeal mucosa were studied with image analysis technique. 13 pa-rameters of cellular changes and DNA content were measured.The results revealed that,in Ⅰ~Ⅳ groups,morphometric parameter,DNA content and mean percentage of ploid changed with the grade of cellular hyperplasia. The process showed a tendency from quanti-tative to qualitative change. 4 parameters were essentially selected in 13 parameters by step-wise discriminational classification and relating discriminational function was established.An accuracv rate of 100%was achieved. Cellular DNA content presented as ploid.No >5C cell was observed in normal and simple hyperplasia groups. The percentage of >5C cell in na-sopharyngeal carcinoma group reached 10%。This indicated that analysis of cellular mor-phometry and DNA content measurement was a reliable diagnostic method,and dysplasia/metaplasia of nasopharngeal mucosa was part of the precancerous lesions.
