摘要
本实验对卡那霉素耳中毒豚鼠的听毛细胞表皮板进行了光镜和扫描电镜联合观察,从显微和亚显微水平评判毛细胞表皮板形态与功能的关系,并探讨了毛细胞表皮板深染现象。认为,光镜下呈硝酸银深染的细胞可视为病变细胞,少数细胞表皮板穿孔可致明显的毛细胞功能障碍。
Abstract In this study,the reticular laminae of cocmear hair cells in guinea pigs with kanamycin-induced ototoxicity were observed by light and scanning electron microscopy,the relation be-tween morphologic features and function of the reticular laminae were assessed and the deeply stained reticular laminae were discussed.It is suggested that the deeply tained hair cells with AgNO3 can be regard as cells with lesion and a few of the reticular laminae wlth holes can induce significant functional impairment of the hair cells.
