摘要
本文将１００例年龄≤３岁的腹泻患者随机等分为治疗组（以中药双黄连合药枣饮治疗）与对照组（以西药病毒唑等治疗）进行疗效对比观察。结果表明．经治疗后治疗组退热、止泻时间和病程长短分别为１．５８ｄ、２．６６ｄ和４．８２ｄ；对照组分别为２．６４ｄ、３．３０ｄ和５．７０ｄ，两者比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）、提示中药双黄连治疗小儿秋季腹泻较西药抗生素、病毒唑等为佳。
100 infants (ages<three years old) with diarrhea in autumn were randomly divided two groups. 50 infants in therapeutic group were treated with Shuanghtlanglian (双黄连,SHL ) and Yaozhao potion (药枣饮). Others in control group were treated with antibiotic and virozole. The results showed: the time on abatement of fever,stopping diarrhea and course were respectively 1. 58,2. 66, 4. 82 days;but 2. 64, 3. 30, 5. 70 days in control group (P<0. 01). These stlggest that SHL is superior in treating infant autumn diarrhea to antibiotic,virozole and so on.
