摘要
利用电化学的原理以及牙体生物电测量的结果,研究在口腔闭路环境中生物电位分布的改变,对口腔局部用药SrCl_2与NaF的电化学数据进行修正,结果进一步说明Sr^(2+)由于带正电荷.很难透入活体牙而达到治疗目的,作为口腔局部用药是不可行的;F^-能够透入牙体而达到治疗的目的,作为口腔内局部用药是可行的,并提出了摄氟治疗的正确方法.
Used to the principle of electrochemistry and the result of measuring bio-electric potential, authors studied the change of the distribution of the bio-electric potential in the oral closed circuit and revised the electrochemical data of SrCl2 and NaF in dental diseases. The results of these bio-electric measurements demonstrate that Sr2+ with positive electricity is very difficult to penetrate to the living teeth and can not get effective results by local appli-cation. So it should be carefully considered to make Sr2+ as the oral local treatment. On the contrary,F-can penetrate to the living teeth. It is useful for oral local administration. Besides authors put forward an accurate method of F- assimilating cure.
