On microscopic structure and ultrastructure of oocyte development in mudskipper Boleophthalmus pectinirostris

摘要 运用光镜和电镜观察了大弹涂鱼卵细胞发育各时相的形态结构。结果表明,卵细胞发育可分为6个时相,即(1)卵原细胞、(2)卵母细胞单层滤泡、(3)卵母细胞出现脂滴和卵黄、(4)卵母细胞卵黄充满、(5)卵母细胞核机化和(6)卵母细胞退化时相。发现颗粒细胞之间的滤泡小泡。成熟卵中的皮质泡在受精以前就开始释放其内含物到卵周隙。对滤泡小泡和滤泡腔、皮质泡的作用以及卵膜结构变化作了讨论。 The morphological structure of oocyte development of Boleophthalmus pectintirostiris was observed by means of light and electron microscopy. The results show that oocyte develop ment can be divided into six phases of oogenesis,namely, (1) oogonia, (2)oocyte with a single layer of follicle cells, (3)oocyte with lipid droplets and yolk globules, (4)oocyte filled with yolk globules, (5)oocyte with migratory nucleus and (6) degenerative oocyte. The egg mem brane consists of the zona pellucida,the zona radiata externa and the zona radiata interna.The zona radiata interna is composed only of one layer of fibrous lamella. With the growth of the oocytes, follicle cells form two layers of the granulosa cells and the thecal cells around the developing oocytes. We first found that the follicular alveoli occur between the granulosa cells. During the oocyte maturation,the cortical alveoli initially release their contents into the perivitelline space before fertilization. The follicular alveolus and cavity,the function of the cortical alveolus and the change of the egg membrane structure are discussed.
