大鼠长期脾虚造模的实验研究

本实验观察以耗气破气加饥饱失常法长期（２６周）脾虚造模的特点。实验结果表明。与对照组比较，脾虚组动物在外观，体重，体温，舌象，细胞免疫功能，血胃泌素，胃动素，胰岛素，血糖，甘油三酯，胃粘膜ＡＬＰ，ＡＣＰ，ＳＤＨ，Ｇ一６一ＰＤ活性，呼吸频率，消化道排空速率等指标方面基本符合脾虚改变。模型表现较为稳定。从血浆皮质素、Ｔ３，肾上腺指数看未见“脾虚及肾”改变。从体长、尾长看长期脾虚造模可影响生长发育。本文还讨论了脾虚证“消瘦”的衡量。

he Characteristics of the model of insufficiency of the spleen (IS) for a long time(26weeks)has been observed in this experiment. The result showed thatcomparing with the control rats,the IS rats accorded with the lS diagnosis basically in symptoms,weight, temperature,picture of the tongue,cellular im-munefunction, the contents of gastin, MOT insuling blood sugarand trigly ceride in bloor the activity of ALP,AcP, SDHandG一6一PD in gastric mucosa, breathing frequency, speed of evacuation of digistive canal. This IS model seemed relatively stably. The transformation from IS to deficiency of the kidney wasnot proveing the contents of cortin, T3 in plasma and the index fadrenal gland. The lengths both bodies and tails showed that a long time IS state would affectthe growth development of rats。Emaciation for IS was discussion this article as well。
