摘要
对来自计算机系、法律系和哲学系的81名男女大学生在其1年级和4年级时进行两次16PF测评。两次人格测评结果的比较表明: 1.大学期间(20岁左右)是学生人格发展变化的重要时期;2.大学专业教育对学生的人格变化施加了“异化”影响;3.我们的大学教育和校园文化对大学生人格变化的影响效果基本上是积极的;4.男、女大学生人格变化的方向显示出性别差异。
The same 81 undergraduates (46 boys, 35 girls)from three departments(28 in compute, 28 in law ruin 25 in philosophy)were measured with Cattell'S16PF twice when they were in the first grade and in the fourth grade. The comparisons of results between the two measures show:1 The time of university is a important time when the change in personality of the undergraduates takes Place. 2. The professional education in the university has exerted some effect of differentiation on the change or development of the undergraduates. 3. The effect that our university education and campus culture have exerted on the change of the students' personality is mainly positive. 4. The difference of sex has taken Place in the direction of change or development in the boy students and girl students.
