Research on Quality of High Education and Management of Quality

本文提出了高等教育质量管理中双重产品、双重质量的概念，初步探讨了目前我国高等教育质量管理中存在的问题，认为提高我国高等教育质量的有效途径是高等教育必须从以生产为中心的质量观念转变到以用户为中心的观念上来。

This paper mainly deals with the concept of high education quality, the feature as well as problems now existing in the managment of our national high education, and presents the idea that there were doublefold products and doublefold quality in high education,the the way of improveing the quility of our national high education was that high education must be transfered from the prod- uct-centred quality concept to the customer-centred concept.
