摘要
我国教育产业化的讨论始于80年代,迄今有过两个高潮阶段:第一阶段在1993年;第二阶段从1998年下半年开始。目前主要有三种不同观点:第一种可称为教育产业化论;第二种是教育非产业化论;第三种是教育不完全产业化论。教育产业化论抛弃了教育的本质,忽视了教育产业的二重性;教育非产业化论不符合我国学校办后勤、后勤办社会的“特色”;只有教育不完全产业化理论是一种比较客观的主张,有利于高校“减负”和促进高等教育事业的快速发展。
The discussion of the industrialization of China's high er education be gan in 1980s. So far there have been two climaxes: the first stage in 1993, and the second in late 1998. At present, there are three different viewpoints: the i ndustrialization of higher education, the non-industrialization of higher educat ion and incomplete industrialization of higher education. The industrialization view abandons the essence of education and ignores the twoness of the education industry. The non industrialization view does not comply with the “characteris ti cs” like rear service industry already existent in schools. Only the incomplet e industrialization view is a relatively objective proposition, which is propitiou s to alleviating burdens of colleges and universities and promoting the rapid de velopment of the educational cause of higher learning.
