西部产业创新发展及重组的初步研究

Study of Innovation and Restructuring of Western Industries

从经济学、产业组织等有关理论思考出发 ,以西部产业发展和制度环境等方面存在的问题为导向 ,针对在复杂快变的多重转型经济环境下西部开发这一大系统的特点 ,以创新为导向 ,通过企业创新、产业重组和地区经济增长的层次化递进关系的构建 ,形成适应西部产业创新重组的网络系统。

This paper analyses issues existing in institution environment of western industries' development on the basis of economics and industry organization theories. Then it explores characteristics of western exploitation system in the fast-changing environment. Finally, it forms the net work system adapting to innovation and restructuring of western industries by construction of three-level relationship among enterprise innovation, industry restructuring and economic growth.
