摘要
:根据赫兹伯格 ( Herzberg)的双因素和哈克曼 ( Hackman)的工作特征理论 ,运用方差分析和多元逐步回归等统计方法 ,对影响员工工作积极性的有关作业因素进行系统分析 ,得出影响员工工作满意感的主要因素 ;
WT5”BZ]According to the Two Factors theory of Herzberg and the Job Characteristics of Hackman,multi stepwise regression and ANOVA were used to test which job characteristics influenced the Chinese employees initiative systematically and resulted in the main factors affecting the employees satisfaction significantly.As the results,the strategy for the management system reform and the job redesign in Chinas state owned enterprises were advanced.
