社会的迅速发展和教育观念的不断更新 ,要求教师转换角色 ,从“传道者”转向教会学习知识的引导人 ,从“解惑者”转向发现问题的启发人 ,从“授业者”转向解决“创业”问题的参与人 ,这是教师角色转换的必然要求 ;教师角色转换持续发展的基本能力包括三个方面 :师德是教师竞争的核心 ,师智是教师竞争的基础 ,师能是教师竞争的关键。实现教师角色的转换 ,要求教师要有正确的世界观、人生观、价值观 ,要充分认识教师职业的特殊性 。

With the development of the society and education, there has been strong demands for the teachers to change their teaching methods. The role of the teachers is changing accordingly. Teachers should strengthen at least the following three aspects: marality, intelligence and capacity.
