摘要
在对风险投资所面临的各种投资风险进行分类分析的基础上 ,对风险管理的内容和程序进行了论述 ,并提出了风险防范措施。
Based on the analysis of investment ventures faced by venture capital. The content and procedures of risk management are discussed in detail, and some venture precautions are put forward. It offers guidance to the venture capital.
