摘要
在界定恶性价格竞争的基础上 ,运用产业组织理论、经营战略理论和市场营销理论 ,分析得出恶性价格竞争是在特定的宏观条件下 ,由于改革尤其是国有企业改革的不到位、大多数行业进入壁垒低、退出壁垒高以及市场营销管理不科学造成的。最后提出恶性价格竞争的解决要依赖于政府职能的转变。
This paper first defines the malignant price war. With theories on industrial organization, management strategy and marketing, the paper reveals that the reason why malignant price war has been violent in specific macro environment is that the reform, to be precise, the reform of state-owned enterprises has not consummated, that there are few barriers to entry of most industries and numerous barriers to exit of these industries, and that the management of marketing of the enterprises is not scientific. At the end of the paper, it indicates that the elimination of malignant price war relies on the transformation of government functions, the separation of government from enterprise functions and enhancement of the management of marketing of the enterprises
