摘要
制定企业内部劳动规则 ,规范企业内部劳动关系 ,是现代企业经营管理自主权的一个重要内容。企业内部劳动规则应当如何依法制定 ,才具有法律效力 ,如何正确处理企业内部劳动规则与劳动合同、集体合同的关系 。
Laying down the internal labor regulations of an enterprise and standardizing the internal labor relations is an important part of a modern enterprise's decision making power in its administration.How to lay down the internal labor regulations to achieve its legal effect and how to properly handle the relationship between the internal labor regulations,the labor contract and the entrprise's contract is an important field of research in our country's labor law.
