Now that knowledge innovation and scientific and technological innovation have become the leading force in the development of economy and society in the new century, editors of academic journals in universities should improve their own intelligence structure, raise their level of knowledge and creative abilities. What's more, they should break away from their old modes of thinking and establish modernized ones so as to realize the modernization of thinking.
