推动我国技术创新、发展高科技产业的当务之急

Measures to be taken to promote technical innovation and high-tech industry of our country

目前 ,我国在推动技术创新、发展高科技产业方面急需解决两个问题 :一是调动科技人员的创新积极性 ;二是高科技企业的融资。因此 ,有必要建立有利于科技人员成长与发挥作用的激励机制和人才使用机制 。

At present,there are two problems that need to be urgently sloved in terms of promoting technical innovation and high tech industry.One is how to arouse the enthusisam of scientists and technicians.The other is how to finance high tech enterprises.Two suggestions are put forward for that,on the one hand,to set up an encouragement and personnel management mechanism that helps scientists and technicians to improve themselves and make achievements,on the other hand,to set up a set of risk investment mechanism that fits for the development of high tech industry.
