摘要
新产品的开发其实是企业对消费者发送的需求信息的反馈过程 ,其成功与否取决于二者间信息传递的速度和准确性。因此 ,新产品开发部门要做的重要工作之一就是过滤这些大量的复杂而模糊的信息。实际操作中 ,新产品开发部门应建立科学的决策信息收集模式 。
The development of new product is virtualy the feedback process of the demanding information from the consumer to the producer.The success of it relies on the speed and accuracy of the information.Therefore one of the most important job the developing department should do is to sift tremendous complex and vague information.In practice the developing department should also establish scientific collecting mode of policy decision information and set up working ways that can encourage the exchange of information.
