Through analyzing the taste character of handicraft industry era, this article tends to point out that concise style was created because of the improvement of the technique, and it is a new pursuit which conforms to the trend of the times. The article also states the advantages and disadvantages of the concise style and indicates that new industrialized RTW is the realization of the concept “Garment serves for people”.
