摘要
W31 6bp(bp ,basepair)是不同三品系高产王浆西蜂 (浙农大、平湖及萧山等意蜂 )以随机引物W ( 5’ CGGCCCCGGT 3’)通过RAPD(RandomAmplifiedPolymorphicDNA) PCR扩增获得的一个共同的特异DNA片段 ,然后将此片段用地高辛配基标记成探针 ,再与高、低产浆西蜂的基因组DNA及PCR扩增产物分别进行斑点杂交及Southern杂交。结果W 31 6bp探针只与高产王浆西蜂的PCR扩增产物及其基因组DNA杂交 。
W3l6bp (Primer W 5' CGGCCCCGGT 3') is a common special fragment of DNA used RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) produced in 3 race of Apis mellifera Lindauer of high royal jelly products (Zhenongda, Pinghu and Xiaoshan of A.m.ligustica). W3l6bp was marked with digoxigenin (DIG). Probe DIG W316bp hybridized with PCR products and genomic DNA of A.m.Lindauer of high and low royal jelly products. The results showed that probe DIG W3l6bp only hybridized with 3 races of A.m.Lindauer of high royal jelly products. It is proved tha W3l6bp is a special DNA fragment in A.m.Lindauer of high royal jelly products.
