摘要
从杀虫植物苦皮藤 Celastrus angulatus Max.根皮中分离出2个对东方粘虫 Mythimna separata (Walker) 具有麻醉活性的新化合物。采用高分辨质谱和超导核磁共振谱鉴定其 结构为1 α ,2 α ,6 β ,8 β ,13-五乙酰氧基-4 β -羟基-9 β -苯 甲酰氧基- β -二氢沉香呋喃1(苦皮藤素Ⅵ)和1 α ,2 α ,6 β -三乙酰氧基-4 β -羟基-8 α -呋喃甲酰氧基-9 β -苯甲酰氧基-13-异丁酰氧基- β -二氢沉香呋喃2(苦皮藤素Ⅶ)。两者对5龄东方粘虫的麻醉中量(ND50)分别为159.8和59.9 μg/ g。
Two new compounds with narcotic action against armyworm ( Mythimna separata ) were isolated from the root bark of Celastrus angulatus . Their structures w ere determined as 1α,2α,6β,8β, 13-pentaacetoxy-9 β -benzoyl oxy-4 β -hydroxy- β -dihydroagarofuran (Celangulin Ⅵ), 1 α ,2 α ,6 β -triacetoxy-8 α -( β -furancarbon yl oxy)-9 β -benzoyloxy-13-isobutanoyloxy-4 β -hydroxy- β -dihyd roagarofuran(Celangulin Ⅶ), mainly by NMR and MS spectra l data. The ND 50 values (the dose required to make the larval narcotized 50% of the papula tion of Mythimna separata ) for Celangulin Ⅵ and Ⅶ were 159.8 μg/g and 59.9 μg/g.
