摘要
应用PCR RFLPs技术对双肌臀大约克 (Ⅰ系 )、普通大约克 (Ⅱ系 )和Ⅰ系与Ⅱ系系间繁殖后代 (Ⅲ系 ) 3个选育群体的全部种猪普检应激敏感基因 (RYR1基因 )。Ⅰ系和Ⅲ系全部为阴性纯合体 ,Ⅱ系检出阳性纯合体和杂合体分别为 1头和 1 5头 ,阳性率为 1 4 2 %。对Ⅱ系的阳性个体和相同数量的阴性个体进行复检 ,其检测结果复重率达 1 0 0 %。经过系统选育 ,培育成了无RYR1基因的双肌臀大约克种猪Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ系 1 1 7、 97和 49头的育种核心群。
RYR1 gene was detected by means of PCR RFLPs for all the boars from three pig groups,which were Double Muscled Large White pigs(groupⅠ),Large White pigs(groupⅡ)and offsprings of these two groups(groupⅢ).The result indicated that all of the Ⅰ and Ⅲ groups were negative homozygotes.However,there were 1 possitive homozygotes and 15 heterzygotes in the groupⅡ,whose percentage of possitive homozygotes is 14 2%.We assayed all pigs of the groupⅡ two times,and the results were completely the same.After being selected systematicly,we have bred a group of Double Muscled Large White pigs free from RYR1 gene.
