观赏植物试管苗无土栽培营养液调控技术的研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用花叶芋和金苞花试管苗进行无土栽培主要营养元素的配比试验结果表明 :花叶芋用高氮营养液 (N∶P∶K的配比为 4∶1∶1)生长最好 ;金苞花用低氮营养液 (N∶P∶K的配比为 2∶1∶1)花期长 。 Experiments were carried out in matching ratio of major nutritional elements in soilless culture of the tube shoots transplanted ex vitro of Caladium bicolor(Ait.)Vent. and Pachystachys lutea. Results showed that best grew Caladium bicolor(Ait.)Vent. to which applying the nutritional liquid with high concentrated nitrogen(the ratio of N,P and K was 4∶1∶1). And the flower period was long and the flower number was great of Pachystachys lutea to which applying the nutritional liquid with low concentrated nitrogen(the ratio of N,P and K was 2∶1∶1).
