摘要
痕量Fe(Ⅱ )、Co(Ⅱ )和Ni(Ⅱ )与 4 -( 2 -吡啶偶氮 )—间茶二酚 (PAR)在pH =8.7时发生显色反应 ,其吸收光谱相互严重重叠。本文用偏最小二乘法 (PLS)分光光度法成功地同时测定了模拟试样及茶叶中的痕量铁、钴和镍。结果表明 ,PLS法是化学计量学中一种可适用于基体较复杂的实际试样中痕量组分同时分光光度测定的优良的多元计算方法。
Trace iron(Ⅱ)、cobalt(Ⅱ) and nickel(Ⅱ) can react with 4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol (PAR) in Na 2B 4O 7·10H 2O-HCl buffer solution to form stable complexes. The absorption peaks of the three complexes are overlapping in a great degree. In this paper, partial least squares (PLS) method is used as the mathematical pattern to analyse them. The results of the simultaneous determination of iron、 cobalt and nickel in simulative samples can be predicted spectrophotometrically by PLS method, and this method has been applied to the analysis of trace iron、 cobalt and nickel in green tea with satisfactory results.
